Hanging lamp designed by Rizzatto & Paolo by Luceplan company. It is available in red, black, blue, orange, beige and light  green and it is also available in different dimenions: D26cm - 40cm - 70cm. There is also  floor lamp, table lamp and wall lamp version. Its lampshade is made of plastic and it has counterweight in order of adjust the height of the diffuser according to your needs.
